CG updated version of Badlands Revisited

Changes include:

* Now using CG shaders only 
 (works with no-cg but you miss out on all the best parts)
* Replaced several textures
* Removed rusty dumpster
* Moved church and removed graves
* Moved gas pumps and changed texture
* Added pathway and grass to gas station
* Added moving flags, sounds, bumpmaps ++
* Added sounds
* Original Badlands now included in archive

Credits:
* Based on the original Badlands track by Scott Rasmussen
* Sky texture originally by darkshadow433 (with permission)
* Sounds originally from sounddogs.com (freeware)

This MOD may NOT be included with the original Badlands
for the following reasons: 

1. I have no permission to alter the original files
2. This is a MOD, and not a complete track
3. This work is a seperate work and is NOT part of
   the original track

* Enhanced the bridge texture (Ygrva.bmp)

* Added huts (textures by luthobu, 3D model by tahustvedt)

* Added grass and trees

* Added road banners

* Added crates & moveable barrels

* Added rusty car area (car, barrels, dumpster)

* Added motel, trader, rest&eat, sheriff's in central area

* Added Bootleggers lair (shed and crates)

* Added huts and ponds

* Added church and graveyard

* Added roadsigns

* NO QLOG.txt errors! :)

* BUGS: There appears to be a "graveltrap" on the first bridge.
        If you come in to fast you sink and get stuck in the 
	wall/track. Is also in the original track, so I cannot
        change it without violating copyright issues. Sorry.

* NOTE: If you don't like using $tracksunmap on the ground, then 
        rename track.shd_no_sun_map to track.shd (please make a
        backup of the file track.shd first, ok?)
