I'm sure that PC can't run CG version of racer (0.84, 0.88, 0.90), even I can't imagine so slow it could be on 0.655!! If you can play it you should be happy :)

You can set up traffic in Racer but take in mind that it would be not better than other games, because Racer is focused in professional racing, one player or multiplayer, but have not implemented this features like traffic, signals...
